1. Introduction介绍

1.1 Description描述

Micro-fine cement is Portland cement based cements composed of ultrafine particles and are designed for injection into loose soils, rock and concrete. Because of micro-fine cement’s small particle size (the fineness largest grain size passing D95 is < 16.0 µm and Blaine value> 600 m2/kg.), it penetrates very well into tight joints, fissures and pore spaces to provide a water-tight grouted rock or soil mass. It can be used as grouting materials after adding water reducing agent (GC1).

超细水泥是经特殊设备精细研磨而成的新一代无机刚性超细材料，利用超细水泥再添加其他外加剂(例如GC1减水剂)、掺合料搅拌而成的浆液，可以用于补强加固工程的灌注作业。

·超细水泥材料无毒、无味、对地下水及环境无污染，属环保型材料。

·超细水泥可以配合其他掺和料、助剂使用，搅拌而成的浆液固化时无收缩现象，结石强度高，耐久性好，不老化，抗渗性能佳。

·超细水泥材料的比表面积在600㎡/㎏以上，平均粒径10μm以下，可使浆液流动性好，因而其稳定性及可灌性高。

1.4 Packaging包装及储存

Micro-fine cement is supplied in 25 kg plastic bags for ease of handling and to maximize

storage life.

包  装：采用纸塑复合袋包装， 25公斤／袋；

贮  存：须贮存于干燥通风的室内，编织袋密闭，注意防潮、防冻；

保质期：6个月。

2 Performance Characteristics

High-pressure piston pumps are normally used to pump the suspension into the rock. The

grout should be injected within6HOURS after mixing to ensure that it keeps penetrating into

the fissures.

针对不同大小的缝隙空间．不同土壤地质环境，不同的灌浆基础条件，不同的强度指标要求确定适宜的水灰比(通常注浆料水灰比的范围为0.5—3.0)，必须用高速电动制浆机（1400-1500转/分）进行搅拌5分钟以上。

可采用手动或电动水泥灌浆设备进行灌浆作业，注浆压力在一定的范围内(通常在0.1-0.5MPa范围内。不同的基础条件，不同的水灰比，所需的注浆压力不同。注浆压力太大，可能形成劈裂注浆，无法均匀渗透。灌浆压力太小，则无法渗透至细微空间.

3 Application procedure使用方法

3.1 Dosage掺量

Micro-fine cement is generally dosed at 1.5 – 2.0 liters other micro-fine admixture per 100 kg of cement. Other dosages

may be recommended in special cases according to specific job requirements. Consult your

local UGC representative for advice.

本产品一般不建议直接单独用于灌浆作业，每100kg的超细水泥宜添加1.5-2.0升辅助超细掺和料或GC1外加后方可使用，以便增加超细水泥的流动性、可灌性、渗透性、稳定性等性能。根据具体工作要求的不同，可以推荐适合配比。

3.2 Mixing混合

Mix at least for 5 minutes with colloidal mixer at 1500rpm.

· Transfer to agitator.

It is very important to use an efficient mixer. Colloidal mixers are the best, but high-speed

paddle mixers are acceptable.

Minimum rpm for colloidal mixers: 1500 rpm.

Minimum rpm for paddle mixers: 400 rpm.

NB: Do not over mix. Mixing longer than recommended may cause the grout temperature to

increase and set in the pump and hoses.

3.3 Pot life适用时间

The mix shall be kept under constant agitation prior to injection.

混合好的超细水泥注浆液在注浆前保持匀速搅拌流动状态，否则静置会初凝影响超细水泥注浆液的使用效果。

4 Reference注意事项

4.1 Storage 储存有效期

Micro-fine cement has a shelf life of 6 months when stored in original closed bags in ventilated

dry areas.

贮  存：须贮存于干燥通风的室内，编织袋密闭，注意防潮、防冻；

保质期：6个月。

4.2 Safety precautions安全须知

Any physical contact (e.g. skin or eyes) made with micro-fine cement should be avoided, as it may cause irritation or burns. If such contact occurs, the affected area should be washed with plenty of clean water. In case of eye contact, seek immediate medical advice.
